Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of this publication, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged Item: As an independent artist shipping in small batches, I cannot offer refunds for items damaged by the postal service. However, if your item is severely damaged and unreadable, please provide photos of the unopened packaging and the damaged product within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
When expecting the delivery, please make sure the courier is able to hand it over to a person and it is not left in a safe place outside where it could be damaged e.g. rainwater.
